The Parley Canon and the Buddha
The parley canon is all the teachings of the Buddha that exist in parley. Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Burma, Thailand rely on it for their Buddhism. The Sutra pitika records the words and deeds of the historical Buddha. They often begin those sutras with these words, thus have I heard.
