Gordon Brown's Plan to Save the Union Is Fundamentally What Gordon Brown Wants to Do
Labour will rebuild trust by reforming the centre of government, cleaning up sleaze. replacing unelected House of Lords with a new smaller democratically elected second chamber. It's much less expensive, but also representing the regions and nations of the United Kingdom. He still hasn't quite arrived at the Finland station in terms of the sweep of his oratory, but I don't think he ever will.
