The Importance of Habits
Habits are a way for the brain to simplify things and where it doesn't have to use as much energy thinking about it because it's kind of automatic. The more times that you do the same thing over and over again, whether it's something bad orWhether it's something good, it turns into a habit. So if you can write down some of the habits that you want to instill in yourself, it may be, I want to get up every morning and work out. It may just be suffering for the first two weeks and making sure that you get up at 5 or 30 a.m., 6 a.m. every morning and then just keep doing that habit.
