Dug: The way they assess coaching dug and this just blew me away. It makes sense, but it wasn't intuitive. There's nothing wrong with teaching leaders to be like why i felt a lot of emotion when you just said that? Dug: That's better leadership. In my opinion, it builds trust. And if you can allow people to be heard and and let them hear you and share a little bit on the emotional level, i think we've that.
