Salombo: A Psycho Tribe From the Aegean

The novel is about a psycho tribe from the Aegean with its very strange village superstitions and rights. There's something about those operatic dreams and magnificent stageings in Salombo linked to a feeling of decay and waste. It just, if you had to kind of put your finger on something closest to a perfect novel, I think that's it.
