In the united states, we have this tradition of the second amendment talk about a well regulated militia. The state never took so much damage that it became so weak that these groups were able to grow into like, really autonomous actors within the society. In russia and ukrane i mean, these gangs are real political actors, like you have to deal with them. Ande, i me a lot of the stuff in yu kraneow. There are neonoes in those groups? Ye, sure.
