The Commodore Theater in Alexander, Maryland
I like everything seems locally owned too. It's all chef and locally family owned restaurants. Everyone loves the Commodore theater. I mean, our history is is incredible when it comes to maritime. And so it's very fitting for us here. We're about a half a mile south of mile marker zero of the intercoals to waterway. So we're dead in the middle. This is a yacht highway during the especially spring in the fall as you know, most of the yachtsmen are in transit. They this is a what they're looking for.
