The Importance of Snack Focus for Celiac Disease

I think snack through everything. Snacks often don't require any prep, sometimes just a little bit of prep. So they're just like more executive dysfunction friendly. I have days where I don't eat a meal until dinner, but I have like seven or eight snacks throughout the day. And I just makes me feel so much better. That's something that if you're working with neurotypicals, you've got dieticians who aren't as snack friendly.
