Every first round interview was done by one of Gareth or I for at least the first four years of the business. We just spent time making sure that we found the right people who believed in exactly that. And therefore, our offer to acceptance ratio on roles is continuous to be astonishingly high. When recruiting, make the process about the interviewee, not the interviewer. Every job anyone ever takes should change their lives and if they haven't, they've made a stupid decision.
