The Importance of Staying Away From Interactions

We have a vast array of microorganisms living in and on our bodies that are largely part of this symbiotic relationship. It's something as vital to just like exercise and movement for our bodies, we need this exercise and movement  for our microbes. Being able to interact with each other is vital to that. A hug again isn't just an exchange of energies in exchange of microbial information and getting to know each other.
