The evidence is pretty clear that most people aren't able to lose weight long term with diet and lifestyle changes. I think we're going to start seeing more of a meld of the medication and the lifestyle approaches or at least businesses will be selling that. The drugs don't work entirely on their own. You still need to make these lifestyle changes.
