In Saudi Arabia right now, it's not really a law or decree that says that women have the right to choose what they want. Even when there was morality police, it wasn't by law. It was a de facto thing. They were sanctioned by the government to exist. And obviously like now everything's changed. There's no religious police on the streets anymore. People and re-other wearing whatever they want. But some families are still quite restrictive. So, you know, that's the distinction.
