How Did You Get Into Critical Race Theory?
i was working on issues around homelessness and progressive governments in seattle, where i was based at the time. City employees sent me kind of heads up that the city had been conducting a training programe for all their new hires called interrupting whiteness and internalized white superiority. I thought it was something that kind of had piqued my interest. And really, by accident, i found myself as the kind of go to source for a lot of these trainingYes. O, there's a lot of interesting ways into this conversation. And ive spent a lot of time talking about critical race theory on this podcastand so i think we should just start by defining our terms.
