How to Structure Special Projects

When you're executing these ongoing recurrent tasks, that's when we're going to be leaning heavily on the processes and meetings and frameworks that we teach inside DSI. The definition of execution is carrying out or putting into effect a plan, order, or course of action. These are what I would call kind of one-off special projects. If there is a significant drop in production or collections or new patients, I would consider those special projects that you would set aside extra time for.
