Home Secretary Suela Braheman says she will ban migrants from ever applying again. But what happens after 28 days of detention? We literally do not know the answer to that, writes John Defterios. There are also wider legal problems with the European Convention on Human Rights. It's nothing to do with the European Union but it was brought in as a way of responding to all those homeless people and post Holocausts who have nowhere else to go.
