Sally Kohn: We get habituated to saying yes and having that be the right move. But we need to change our own tactics over time, she says. When it's your first job, you're 22, there's no one coing for your time - so learn by saying yes. By forty, when you have a lot of people coming at you, all youre doing is acting on their agenda rather than yours. And odds are those things are not really going to overlap precisely.
