I can recognize when I'm stressed and how it makes me act. Then I can explain my needs better to Connor with what I need to move from stress to calm. It's also a game changer in how I relate to Connor based on his type. Number 3. They can't make you happy. We know we want to feel great things in life. Like love, joy, and appreciation. But if we don't know how to do this on our own, we will look to others to be responsible to generate these feelings for us. A huge problem this creates is that others will let us down. Resentment kills every relationship.
