Saudi Arabia and Russia to Cut Supply Oil From OPEC Plus
Oil futures soar as much as 8%, WTI and Brent trading about 5% higher this hour. OPEC plus 1.1 million barrels a day will be cut from next month, growing to 1.6 million in July. Saudi Arabia and Russia both pledging to cut half a million barrels. But that even as late as Friday, we were hearing from OPEC plus delegates that there would be no change.
