The key here is that I do this every day like the same thing right so I know that I can prepare this meal in five minutes you know I can eat it in about 10 minutes and another 10 minutes to clean up and wash the kitchen. If your priority is to build muscle and you know find something that works for you that also means quantity because even healthy stuff if you eat a lot of it you're going to feel heavy afterwards.
