The Importance of Considering Open Source Users as Long Term Support
I think all companies do mistakes. One for us and this is probably because the open source had we were a bit late into the commercial offering. So it's just like the last year we started to learn how to outbound, getting marketing team,. learning how to acquire customers that is not coming through the open source. That is actually harder than you would think. I think there is more mistakes, but I'm not sure.
