How Do You Know You're Doing the Best for Your People?

DJ Johnson: I'm in the process of starting my own business. He says he has never poached people and would never want to steal people from a previous employer. DJ asks how do you know if you're doing the best for these people that you say you genuinely care about by removing them from a stable situation where they have they're doing well? "If you truly care about those people then how I would look at it is okay I need to go out and make sure that I can take care of these people because that's the real leadership dude"
