If you're trying to appeal to health conscious consumers, those are exactly the consumers who know to flip the package and look at the ingredients. Some of them are not really so into it either because they're not really looking for something that is that close to something meaty. And meat eaters just don't buy with regular frequency. They kind of dip in, dip out. A lot of people thought I'd like to cut down my meat intake and tried these. But then they got comfortable with the idea of something like lentils or beans, which is also a lot healthier and cheaper.
