The United States Is Ready to Green Light Training of Pilots on F-16s

David Rothkopf: The news out of Ukraine over the past week is that the United States is ready to green light training of pilots on F-16s. He says it's not clear yet who will be providing these jets, there's an assumption that they'll be coming. "It just makes me wonder, what's the Ukrainian response, both on the street level and the government level," he asks.
