Diet and the foods that we eat, as everybody always says, you are what you eat and your brain is no exception. People need to think about where their strengths and weaknesses are when it comes to each of these dimensions; maybe their gut health is really good or bad. And so if somebody's depressed and their diet is fantastic, then we have to look at other other causes of the biology of what's going on.
