I teach women how to negotiate. That's part of my business. How often do people want to negotiate with you from the point that you come in at? Matt. We're really far apart on that. It depends. I actually negotiate with a lot of women surprisingly. There's actually a lot of, a lots of women that, yeah, I either work with women at companies because a lot of the work I do is still very gendered. This is a whole other conversation that I hopefully will have in season two about influencer marketing and paying what somebody deserves to get paid.
