"We have a duty of care to the people who are on our programs and we're constantly especially nowadays when you've got all of these you know nasty experiences people can have online trolling," says Paul Keaton. "I think there's a family trait that I hopefully have inherited a wee bit from her that makes it fairly easy to talk to people big big big thing that you have to remember as well, which I'm not displaying very well today", he adds.
