Limits of electrical interconnectors for security

A new report has found that Ireland's energy policy needs to be rebalanced to meet the needs of its citizens. With rising costs in electricity prices and the growing concerns of energy security, how can Ireland better look after the needs of consumers as well as ensure energy security?
