i take inspiration from pierre ador's work, and also the way fuke reads ador. But i also try to give an alternative story of spiritual exercise in the way that they present it. The basity, spiritual exercise s a training program. It's a bit like the exercises you do so that you can run that amazing race,. With no effort rit it doesn't really get to that loss. I think i see spiritual exercise of the mediation there. And philosophy would be the mediation if it's understood as a practice iguess.
