Is There a Giving Up?
Therapists and the therapeutic community at large has reading in between the lines. It sounds aut they gave up on narciss, complex betyastee or extreme forms of dissociative disorder. And sometimes the giving up can be just saying, well, this is going to take a year of therapy. That's a kind of giving up. The therapists go into masistic submission because they don't know what else to do. But that's not how the brain works - it doesn't work like that.
