What Caused My Heart Attack?
I had a massive heart attack on stage at the end of one of the original Wiggle shows in 2020. It was so massive, though, that it sent me straight into cardiac arrest. I didn't bother doing any other tests because my blood pressure was fine,. no family history, no diabetes, none of the other risk factors. And having got the cholesterol down, I didn't know there was any issue. But luckily for me, there were people around me who knew what to do.
