The Government's Trying to Seize the Property of Obligarchs
There's been a bit of a gap between the government announcing their intention to set up this scheme and the scheme actually being set up. What's exciting about this is that civil societyand we just heard that with charley, didn't we? Civil society is there. People do have big hearts. They want to be able to help out. And er it'd be interesting to see if ye can make it work. The first matches will probably get made on friday, and then the first parson will probably be the week after that. But actually, as government schemes go, this one as been rustled up quite quickly, it has. Andand it's ambitious.
