So you're looking for free intrperneal fluid, evidencing some kind of a intr abdominal bleed. You don't really see much in the left ofer quadrant, but you you think you see some in he kind of pelvic view as well. So generally with a fast you can't differentiate between blood or ocides or other things. But you said it looks more complex. It's not kind of pristine and black looking, em it looks a little more complicated and hyperachoic than that. There's not a ton of it for you to really sink your teeth into it, but they are your impression interesting.
