Custom Websites

The Supreme Court has said in different contexts that the First Amendment protects some conduct that's expressive, but isn't literal speech. But is it how much creation is there really in a website? So that's kind of one of the big issues. I would say that a website, independent of the words on it, is an expressive form and you can make beautiful art as websites.
