Is God's Justice Impartial?

Punishing people who did nothing wrong in the name of justice is not actually biblical justice. God's justice cares about data because it correlates with reality, It cares about proof. You are not guilty for the sins of your ancestors. But if you show partiality, you are committing sin. And are convicted by the law as transgressors. This is not the kind of collectivist shame and an repentance that we see preached by many social justice activists to day.
