The Importance of Game Preservation Exemptions
The only way people can access is to walk on site and, you know, play with this exact 3DS. You cannot transfer the games. I don't think to a new console like it has to be tied to. The Entertainment Software Association says they support video game preservation by not attempting to dismantle the concept of a library.
