"I'm learners, number one. I've taken the strength to point out a thing twice and learner came up both times," she says. "Knowing that about myself made me realize that i could do things outside of the job t i was in if it wasn't going to have that to kind of feed that part of my soul"
Do job qualifications always matter? Cheri was feeling unfulfilled and wanted to change careers, but when she looked through job listings, she felt like she didn’t have the qualifications to make a change she would enjoy.
