The Importance of Adoption Strategy
The adoption roadmap on Microsoft's blog written by Melissa Coates is phenomenal. And I've used it with many organizations and consulted with them. People are like, I don't have an executive sponsor. We don't have a really good direction here. The organization doesn't even know they're missing this stuff. They don't even have a clue that this is needed. It has opened more doors for us by doing those things.
