Are You Obese or Overweight?
It's basically allowing your body a break from digesting food to go do the work that it really needs to go do. You know, why is it though that I don't even know the percentage of Americans these days that are, I guess, identified as obese or overweight? Do you by chance? I heard 88 this morning on a podcast. 88% was considered obese. That seems crazy high to me.
