Lindsey Graham claims he doesn't have to testify because of the speech and debate clause in the Constitution. The Supreme Court is going to resolve this defense from Lindsey Graham. I kind of think Thomas is trolling here. What we really found out was that Thomas is not playing to accuse himself from these January 6 investigatory matters, even though his wife, Jenny Thomas, was involved in lobbying for some of the election,. Bruhaha, leading up to January 6th.
