The Junctional Rhythms of the Heartbeat

The most common new pacemaker site that we see is the junctional rhythms. And those junctional rhythms are where the heartbeat originates from either the AV node or the HIS bundle. So what do these junctional rhythms look like? Well, actually they can be pretty tricky to identify unless you're looking really closely. But I think whilst we're reading and prepping for this, a good thing to think about is that some of these patients may have an intrinsic problem as well as extrinsic problems.
