Is Twitter a Good Idea?

I deliberately choose analog tasks as child digital analog divide. I don't have any examples of this that have won recently, although I have really leaned into the Onyx books. Meditating. We talked a little bit about that and I am working on that. And then adding a journal entry on how the day went when I shut down. This has been a complete failure but it's kind of spurred the type of entry.
