How to Build a Property Portfolio Quickly

Property generates what I call slow pounds so you know it generates a rent and the capital growth happens over a period of years. Usually really you need a decade behind you before you really start seeing capital growth happen. You want to take some of your fast pounds invest it in slow pound building assets for me that will be property. The rule that you need to think is business first property investment second the trading business uses the profits to invest into property, then the property pays you the income.
