If you want to handle the mind very effectively, immediately, try this. Give it something practical to do. Do not dwell on thoughts which are negative. We be a clear about whose company you want to keep. The more we have cluttered room, cluttered possessions in lifetimes, accumulation of things, our mind is on those things.
