How to Communicate Effectively
I feel like for me effective communication is definitely like that sending and receiving of whatever thoughts or message you're trying to convey. I've gotten better with just saying that versus just being like or just not saying anything or lashing out or getting an attitude about something so it's definitely just more so processing that internal processing of okay what upset me or what has me feeling some kind of way why do I feel that way? For us a big part of our miscommunication issue is usually just assumption like assuming this person thought of this or knew this or knew that I was thinking about this or talking about this so we've do we're doing a lot better with like making sure we're clarifying like
