Keith Cunningham speaks more, a little more slowly, naturally. Tom Peters does not use as much slang or idioms. They're both native speakers. So this is just natural. It's going to happen. You know? Same with motivational speakers. Don't feel bad about it. I speak English fluently with almost zero reading skills and got that by a lot of listening and the movie technique.
