How Much New Money Is the Loan Program Office Getting?
If each dollar of green bank money leverages, you know, five or n or 50 dollars of private capital, 27 billion dollars could draw in a giant pool of private capital. That's not a small thing. We tried to model that one. In our modelling we sort of assumed a fairly conservative leverage ratio, i think of only three to one,. And assume that it acted a little bit more like a grant, which means it has a more additional impact than just like a concessionary loan. So the hard thing is, like, what's additional?
