How to Build a Knowledge Structure That's Assembled With Wikipedia

I've hired some people to work on an online university. We want it to be kind of a universal education system. I'm trying to figure out how we can build accreditation processes, accreditation and questioning processes that go along with the knowledge structure associated with Wikipedia. So imagine that if you're interested in a topic like solar radiation or something like that, maybe you can think of a more interesting topic than that.
