The Importance of Incentives in Mental Health
I feel like we don't do enough in our mental health service to incentivize people who want to help. I know plenty of people that went into medicine for money that they just don't really care about. Having a job at the same time is really bloody difficult, almost more so than other degrees. You're wearing such different people.
