What Kind of Training Do You Have to Be a Manager?
There are certain conditions that are needed for designers to be successful. How do you account for those areas where you have less? That's a great question, and that is kind of the underpinning of a lot of this vision. I feel like we're on the vanguard figuring out what it means to drive total excellence in enterprise design. And again, we've got all these great starting points. We have this award winning boot camp programm for early hired designers. But i want to expand that to include mid career designers who are ready to move up in their career.
