Technology organization and, let's say, data an analytics the i t work force is often a critical part of standing up. How do you partner to insure that you're modernizing your technology stack, but also up skilling the work force? We have really been, i think, pushing the training of our t professionals to use and consume sort of more modern data platform technology. I'm funding training for the eight for, you know, our data engineers in the i t organization, to help with that migration and up skilling.
